How to Track Your Order in Real Time
By the Orda team
Every order gets a human-readable order number — not the long internal ID, the short one, like the kind you’d read out over the phone. You’ll find it three places: your order confirmation email, your SMS confirmation, and your order history if you’re signed in.
To check on an order, head to the Track Order page and enter that number. It looks up the order and takes you straight to its status — no need to dig through email if you’re already signed in and can see it under My Orders instead.
If a search comes back empty, double-check you’ve copied the whole order number — it’s easy to miss a character on a small screen. If it still doesn’t turn up anything, your order history under My Orders is the more reliable fallback since it doesn’t depend on typing a code correctly at all.
Status updates move through the same stages every time — confirmed, being prepared, out for delivery, delivered — so if your order looks stuck at one stage longer than expected, that’s worth a look on the Track Order page before assuming something’s wrong. Most delays are the vendor still preparing your order, not the delivery itself.
Once a driver has picked up your order and is on the way, the tracking page adds a "view live location" link that opens the driver’s current position in Google Maps — useful if you want a rough sense of how far out they are without calling anyone. It only appears once a driver has actually started the trip; before that, there’s no location to show yet.
You don’t have to keep the tracking page open the whole time, either — you’ll also get a notification at each stage (confirmed, preparing, out for delivery, delivered) by email and push notification if you have the app installed, so it’s fine to check back only when one of those arrives.
